This Privacy Policy contains key information on the processing and protection of personal data and applies to the Industry Models Agent web application (the "Service").

01. Purposes of personal data processing

We collect and process personal data as part of our regular business and to provide the Service.

Provision of services

We process data necessary for authentication, authorization, and secure delivery of the Service, including user identity from Entra ID (Azure AD), roles/groups, and usage metadata. If our partner is a legal entity, we process business contact data of partner representatives and other contact persons (name, email, company, job title/function). If our client is a natural person, we process contact and billing data as required by applicable regulations.

Solvership may act as a data processor on behalf of customers who use the Service, in which case processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement.

Service security and operations

We process data for security, monitoring, incident response, and service quality, including interaction logs, token usage, latency, error events, and retrieval metadata.

Legal and regulatory obligations

We process personal data when necessary to comply with obligations under commercial, accounting, tax, and other applicable laws.

02. Data storage time

Personal data of contractual partners (including contact data in contracts) are stored in accordance with accounting regulations. If retention periods are not prescribed by law, we keep data only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

We may retain certain documentation longer to protect legitimate interests, including proof in case of objections, disputes, or other procedures.
