These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Industry Models Agent web application (the "Service") provided by Solvership d.o.o., Krste Pavletića 1, HR-10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("Solvership", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The Service provides an authenticated AI assistant with retrieval-augmented responses and a usage dashboard. Access to licensed content is controlled by Entra ID groups and roles.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized by your organization to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and complying with applicable policies.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not access or attempt to access content you are not licensed to view.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Do not upload or request illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not interfere with Service security or integrity.

4. User content and confidentiality

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Solvership a limited license to process and store content to operate the Service, enforce security, and improve functionality. Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

5. Outputs and disclaimers

Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, UI, and documentation, is owned by Solvership or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as permitted.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and forms part of these Terms.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms and will post changes with a new effective date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
